5* Boutique Hotel on the West Rand currently looking for a dedicated and creative Pastry CdP to join brigade
To assist the Pastry Sous Chef with the running of the Pastry kitchen and guiding junior staff
Job Description
• Ensure the highest standards of service are maintained throughout the hotel
• Maintain control of stocks in pastry kitchen
• Maintain Health and Safety requirements
• Lead and manage Pastry commis and trainees
• Control quality and quantity of all dishes prepared in area of responsibility
Minimum Requirements
• Experienced in the hospitality industry, preferably in a five-star environment.
• Must have 2 years Pastry Kitchen experience
• Must be flexible with regards to working hours
• Should have good interpersonal skills and be a motivated individual
