A growing construction and project management company is seeking a responsible Personal Assistant to the Director
To assist with:
-Manage diary and schedule appointments.
-Maintain office filing.
-Act as a point of contact for clients.
-Handle requests and queries.
-Preparation of Quotations and Processing of orders.
– Proven experience as a personal assistant.
– Excellent verbal and communication skills.
– Confident in Microsoft Word and Excel.
– Knowledge in construction and quantity surveying will be an advantage
