Minimum Requirements• Matric • N6 (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial) • 3 – 5 Years industry relevant experience in maintenance environment • Planning and scheduling experience will be advantageous • MS Office (With medium to strong skills in excel) • At least 1 year experience in a computerised maintenance management system • Good communication skills • Good time management • On Key experience will be advantageous
Duties & Responsibilities• Administer the maintenance work management process in the computerised maintenance management system • Perform weekly scheduling by balancing maintenance work load with available resources capacity • Coordinates and leads the weekly maintenance scheduling meeting • Communicate the agreed weekly maintenance schedule to all key stake holders and release the scheduled maintenance work orders • Ascertain accurate recording of maintenance work feedback in the computerised maintenance management system • Evaluate the status of maintenance work in the maintenance management process, and highlight problem areas • Evaluate the overall health of the maintenance process through a set of work management KPI’s • Support the client with weekly and monthly maintenance work report • Administration of technical manuals and documents as per company standards. Support master data change process • Generate spares requisitions via computerised maintenance management system
