QualificationsA grade 12 Certificate/Matric Human Resource Diploma or Degree
Knowledge, Skills and ExperienceKNOWLEDGE required: Essential: Basic knowledge of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act Basic knowledge of the Pension Funds Act section 37 c (Death case investigations) SKILLS required: Advanced proficiency in: – Excel A strong: – customer-focus and service-orientation The ability to: be deadline and results-driven coordinate admin processes that spans across the business planning, organising and time management skills Excellent relationship-building and networking. Excellent communication skills Be self-motivated, driven, take responsibility and have a sense of pride for one’s work
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the Remuneration and Benefits team Co-ordination of Bursaries & Creche & School Benefit Long service awards (distribution of certificates) Death Claims Investigation and Resolution of Death Claims Monitor incoming faxes and ensure distribution to the correct individuals within the benefits team Submitting relevant payroll input to the payroll team
