Position Description

Position Title: Sales Support Coordinator
The main purpose of this role isto provide administrative support to the Sales team to facilitate efficient and effective results both before and after the sales process. This position is based in Boksburg.

Reporting:This role will report to the National Sales Manager
Job Objectives

  • To administrate and control the Trade Backs
  • To administrate the CBU vehicles in terms of stock invoicing and tyre declarations
  • To control the Rental units (repairs and general follow up)
  • To register and change NATIS of the vehicles
  • To ensure that all subscriptions and distribution has been done when required
  • To co-ordinate and report on Sales Team expenses
  • To support with Sales, Demo, Trade-in reporting if and when required
  • To co-ordinate, administrate and control the Demo Fleet.
  • To co-ordinate the Dealer Commission
  • To report and process the Dealer Commission payments
  • To process and control the evaluation of Trade-Ins
  • To ensure all administration of Trade-Ins
  • To monitor, report and follow up on maintenance contracts
  • To do all purchase orders as required for Demo Vehicles, Trade-Ins and Driver Training
  • To co-ordinate and administrate all Sponsorships
  • To be the backup for the Demand Plan process

Education Job Experience

  • Diploma in Office Administration
  • At least 5 years administrative experience in Automotive Industry
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in Sales environment (Desirable)

  • Computer literacy and MSOffice (Advantageous)
  • Volvo Systems knowledge (Advantageous)
